Why is a land breeze risky when landing at Oludeniz?
Wind blowing from land to sea is a tailwind on final and can create valley rotor. The site therefore shows landing as at least RISK in a land-breeze direction.
The Oludeniz landing area ends every flight. When landing is not suitable, all launches are shown closed or at risk for the same hour. This page explains the landing assessment and its reasons.

The landing area is at sea level; cloud base mainly decides the launches. If a lower launch is in cloud, flights from launches above it would descend through that layer, so they are shown CLOSED.
If landing is CLOSED, every launch shows CLOSED for the same hour; if landing is RISK, suitable launches show RISK.
